I'm a multimedia Producer with 20 years of experience delivering video and digital content for global audiences.
I’ve worked with organisations including BBC News, Netflix, and Cartoon Network, producing content in fast-paced environments where clarity, accuracy, and audience engagement are critical.
My work focuses on developing stories and leading production from concept through to final delivery, working with creative teams to create clear, engaging content across platforms.
I have experience working across the full production process, including filming contributors, directing shoots, and working with distributed teams. I can develop briefs and shotlists, direct crews remotely, and ensure that content is delivered accurately and responsibly.
At BBC News, I worked as a video journalist and multimedia producer, creating video and interactive stories for online, broadcast, and social platforms as part of the social media team and World Affairs unit.
My work focused on making complex and often sensitive topics accessible and engaging for a wide audience, working closely with international correspondents and editorial teams.
Researched and developed stories, including pre-interviews and editorial planning
Filmed contributors and shot and edited video content for digital and social platforms
Wrote scripts and articles, maintaining rigorous BBC editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, sensitivity, and clarity in reporting
Worked with and supervised journalists, videographers, and editors across distributed teams
Developed briefs and production materials, supporting review and approval processes
Delivered content across video, written, and social formats, adapting stories for different audiences
One example is a project exploring alcohol use within the UK Punjabi community. I co-wrote a feature article and led a team of journalists to develop a mix of video and interactive content around the story. The project combined reporting, interviews, and multimedia storytelling to bring greater visibility to a sensitive and underreported issue.
I also created video content and worked closely with contributors to capture interviews and stories on camera.
At EpicTV, I produced Climbing Daily, a fast-paced video magazine show covering news and stories from the climbing community.
I was responsible for the full production process, working independently to develop ideas and deliver high-volume video content on a daily basis.
Developed story ideas, wrote scripts, and structured episodes
Sourced contributors, conducted interviews, and directed on-location shoots
Shot and edited video content for online audiences
Managed production logistics and coordinated contributors and remote teams
Delivered content quickly while maintaining a consistent editorial approach
Prepared scripts and production materials including shotlists
Alongside the daily show, I travelled to Morocco to produce a film about bouldering in the Atlas Mountains, managing logistics and working with a team of climbers to capture and deliver the story on location.
At CBBC, I worked across both development and presentation, creating content for children across digital and broadcast platforms.
In development, I worked with a team to create new ideas for commission, producing pitch documents and films to present to commissioners.
Developed concepts and wrote scripts for new content
Filmed and edited video for pitches and development work
Created pitch documents and supporting materials
Wrote scripts for live and pre-recorded TV
Directed content from the gallery in both live and recorded environments
